1. Lupus SLE/CLE Clinical Study
This study is recruiting participants for enrollment at multiple clinical sites across the United States.

Key Inclusion / Exclusion Criteria:
• Men and Women Age 18-75
• Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
• Diagnosis of CLE (with or without SLE), or diagnosis of SLE
• No drug or alcohol abuse in the past 6 months
• No current HepB, HepC, or HIV
• No history of cancer (other than skin) in the past 12 months
• Not taken Rituximab (RITUXAN®), Atacicept, or Ocrelizumab (OCREVUSTM) in the past 6 months
• Not taken Abatacept (ORENCIA® ), Belimumab (BENLYSTA®), Tocilizumab (ACTEMRA®), or Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors in the past 3 months

- CLE with active skin sores with inflammation and scarring favoring the face, ears and scalp, or an active rash that was brought on after exposure to sunlight
- SLE with active skin activity/involvement
• No drug or alcohol abuse in the past 6 months
• No current HepB, HepC, or HIV
• No history of cancer (other than skin) in the past 12 months
• Not taken Rituximab (RITUXAN®), Atacicept, or Ocrelizumab (OCREVUSTM) in the past 6 months
